- Available
- Business-Savvy
- Communicative
- Decisive
- Empowered
Product Owner Do’s and Don’t
Do:
- Provide clear product direction
- Work with the team closely to clarify requirements
- Actively manages the Product Backlog
- Represent the business and customer needs
Don’t:
- Assign work to Team members
- Pressure the Team to over-commit Disrupt or disturb the Team during the Sprint
- Micromanage the Team during the Sprint
- Make changes to the Team’s commitment during the Sprint
